Mr Taumanu alleged that Mr.Hollis was in breach of rule 869 (3) (bAn information was filed alleging a breach of the rules the informant being Mr.T.W.Taumanu and the defendant being Mr.L.Hollis the driver of Mach Express in race number five.
--Mr Taumanu alleged that Mr.Hollis was in breach of rule 869 (3) (b) in that horseman Mr.L.Hollis drove Mach Express carelessly when he improved Mach Express outwards causing Dollars Bromac to break with approximately 120 meters to run.

Mr Hollis admitted the breach of this rule and was present at the hearing of this information.

--Having taken into consideration the admittance of this breach of the rules by Mr. Hollis also his impeccable driving record and his admission of the breach of the rule I impose a fine of $250.00 in this instance.
