----We appreciate, as has Mr Ching, your honesty with respect to your ongoing difficulties with weight. Unfortunately you contracted to ride JUST STYLE at 55.5 kg. You are presently 56.5 to 56.75 riding weight. You informed the connections at the time you accepted the ride that you would be ? kg over. Despite your efforts in the sauna this morning, you have been unable to get down to 56, let alone 55.5 kg.
----Unfortunately you have a previous breach of the Rule one year ago, when you were suspended for 3 days, and a warning just 3 months ago. We agree with Mr Ching that a suspension is appropriate and taking into account your honesty and your record, we impose a suspension from the end of racing today up to and including March 5. This is 3 South Island racing days.
