Following race 4 an information was filed pursuant to Rules 856(1), 858(1)(a), 523(3) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendiary Steward Mr J Oatham, that R Allwood rider of ALLEZ OOP committed a breach of these Rules in that he failed to weigh-in for fourth placing.

DECISION & REASON:
--Following race 4 an information was filed pursuant to Rules 856(1), 858(1)(a), 523(3) when it was alleged by the informant, Stipendiary Steward Mr J Oatham, that R Allwood rider of ALLEZ OOP committed a breach of these Rules in that he failed to weigh-in for fourth placing. Mr Allwood, who was represented by Mr D Walsh, admitted the charge.
--Mr Oatham outlined the charge which was a simple case of Mr Allwood, for an unknown reason, failed to weigh-in. Mr Allwood did not offer any explanation.
--Mr Oatham gave Mr Allwood's good record and asked for a fine as penalty.
--After taking all matters into account we impose a fine of $350 on Mr Allwood. He will forfeit his riding fee and the horse ALLEZ OOP will be disqualified from fourth place.
