--Under Rule 520 (4) (c) an information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr S Ching alleging that Mr I Kharill failed to make the contracted weight for HUNZA BAY (Race 4) and CROWDED HOUSE (Race 7).
--Mr Hamilton, who is Mr Kharill's employer, represented him and stated that Mr Kharill, when accepting the rides, did not perceive any problem making the carded weight.
--Mr Kharill admitted the breach, stating that he had tried hard to make the weight but was unable to on the morning of the races.
--Mr Ching stated that Mr Kharill had no previous breaches under this Rule.
--PENALTY
--Mr Kharill was found guilty of the breach and was fined the sum of $300.00.
