Video evidence of the incident was shown by Mr Knowles. It showed that not long after passing the 50 metre post SHADON galloped and continued to gallop up to and past the winning post. At the post SHADON was lapped on by No. 7, BONSPIEL GRACE, and No. 1, THE LAST SONOFAFELLA.

Accordingly; I relegate No. 5, SHADON, from 1st to 3rd and promote No. 7, BONSPIEL GRACE, from 2nd to 1st and No. 1 THE LAST SONOFAFELLA from 3rd to 2nd.
