--This in an information filed by Stipendiary Steward Mr J MUIRHEAD against Junior Horseman Mr D DUNN driver of BETTOR’s STRIKE alleging a breach of the above rule and regulations in that he drove carelessly by checking his horse into a break when he failed to concede when not in a position to maintain his place 150 metres after the start.

--This in an information filed by Stipendiary Steward Mr J MUIRHEAD against Junior Horseman Mr D DUNN driver of BETTOR’s STRIKE alleging a breach of the above rule and regulations in that he drove carelessly by checking his horse into a break when he failed to concede when not in a position to maintain his place 150 metres after the start.
--Mr DUNN denied the breach but was not present at the hearing.
--Mr MUIRHEAD sought an adjournment on the ground that Mr S PHELAN whom he required as a witness had left the racecourse. He said he had discussed the timing of the hearing with Mr DUNN. They both want the hearing to be before the 1st race at Alexandra Park on Friday 12th March.
--In accordance with JCA policy the hearing is adjourned to a date to be fixed. However, the committee recommends the hearing commence at 4.30pm at Alexandra Park on Friday 12th March 2010.
