Mr Matheson has admitted the charge and has stated that his partner picked up the wrong saddlecloth and he did not notice this when he placed it on the horse. ----Mr Matheson acknowledged that he had received a warning with respect to this rule some 3 months earlier. Taking this matter plus Mr Matheson's admission of the breach into account, he is fined the sum of $100 and reminded of his obligations under the Rules of Harness Racing. ------ -- --
