| -- An information was filed instigating a protest following the running of race one the informant was Mr. J M Muirhead and this protest was against horse No 7 Lezza Wild Child placed 5th by the judge. --The judges placings were 1st No 12, 2nd No 10, 3rd No 6, 4th No 1, 5th No 7, 6th No 9. --The information alleged that Lezza Wild Child broke from it's gait and was in a gallop as it crossed the line this horse also being lapped on. --Mr. Muirhead showed the video of this incident and also referred the Judicial Panel to the Judges print of the finish of this race. This protest was not contested by the connections of Lezza Wild Child and the trainer Mr. K Sefont did not wish to be present at the hearing of this information. --Decision And Reasons. --This judicial upholds the protest against Lezza Wild Child as it was clearly in a gallop as it crossed the line and was also lapped on. --We therefore order that Lezza Wild Child be relegated to 6th place. --The amended placings for race No 1 shall now read 1st No 12, 2nd No 10, 3rd No 6, 4th No 1, 5th No 9, 6th No 7. --Chairman. ---- -- -- -- -- -- -- ---- |
