--An information was filed by Stipendiary Steward, Mr N M Ydgren, against Licensed Trainer, Mr S Moore, alleging that Mr Moore, as the trainer of TRUE BLAZE, an acceptor for Race 3, Brian Sandford Memorial Pace, attached a rein pricker to the rearing strap of that horse which made the gear unapproved.
----Mr Moore had signed the Statement by the Defendant endorsed on the information form indicating, firstly, that he admitted the breach and, secondly, that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the information. The breach was found proved accordingly.
----Mr Moore was fined the sum of $200.00.
