--In races 5 and 6 an information was filed by Mr J Oatham alleging a breach of Rule 520(4)(c) by Mr J Waddell in that he failed to make the weight for the horse SEA ME STARKERS in race 5 and BAY POINT in race 6. Mr J Waddell admitted a breach of the Rule.
----Submissions as to penalty were made by Mr Oatham and Mr Waddell who had just resumed riding after a suspension. The Panel imposed a fine of $200 for a breach of the Rule.
