Mr Dickson was last charged under this rule in June 08 at Nelson where a fine of $300 was imposed.

The Stipendiary Stewards asked for a monetary penalty of a similar amount.

The Committee felt this appropriate and imposed a fine of $300 taking into account Mr Dickson’s admission of the breach.
