Mr D. J. Dunn, the driver of “Hilarious Life”, did not attend the
--hearing, but had written on the Information “I do not contest the protest”. Mr McIntyre used video coverage to show that “Hilarious Life” had broken from its gait in the home straight and had continued in a break for about 70 metres prior to reaching the winning post.

Accordingly “Hilarious Life” was disqualified from its 4th place. The amended places are as follows.
