The information alleged that Mr B Taylor improved Mark Andrew from two wide to three wide forcing Cool Kahli (Mr T Mitchell ), to race wider on the track with approximately 1200 meters to run. --Mr Taylor admitted the breach and was present at the hearing. --Mr Taumanu showed the video of this incident and Mr Muirhead, idientified the horses concerned. Mr Taumanu made submissions on penalty as did Mr Taylor and indicated this was Mr Taylor's first breach of the Push Out Rule. Mr Taylor's driving record was submitted for perusal. --Decision And Reasons. --Having taken into account the admission of this breach of the Push Out Rule and also the good driving record of Mr Taylor this Judicial Committee imposes a fine of $200.00 in this instance. |
