Following the running of Race 6, the Craddocks Airport Car Storage Mobile Pace, an information was filed by Stipendiary Steward Mrs K. R. Williams against Mr B. A. Kerr, Licensed Trainer of “Celticlandz” (7), alleging a breach of Rule 864(2)(d). It was alleged that the pull down blinds on this horse malfunctioned and could not be activated by driver Mr M. P. Kerr.

Following the running of Race 6, the Craddocks Airport Car Storage Mobile Pace, an information was filed by Stipendiary Steward Mrs K. R. Williams against Mr B. A. Kerr, Licensed Trainer of “Celticlandz” (7), alleging a breach of Rule 864(2)(d). It was alleged that the pull down blinds on this horse malfunctioned and could not be activated by driver Mr M. P. Kerr.
--Mr B. A. Kerr had indicated on the information that he admitted this breach of the rules and that he did not wish to attend the hearing. Mrs Williams recommended a fine of $100-00 in this case, and we were satisfied that this was an appropriate amount. Accordingly Mr Kerr was fined the sum of $100-00.
