--Stipendiary Steward Mr N G McIntyre alleged that under rule 870 (3) and Breaking Horse Regulations "in that OCHILTREE BOY broke with approximately 60 metres to run."
--Stipendiary Steward Mrs K Williams showed the video of the finish and with at least 60 metres to run OCHILTREE BOY, driven by Mr S Thompson, broke free of interference and galloped continuously till past the winning post.
--Mr Thompson admitted that this had occurred as did Mr Davis (assisting Mr Thompson).
--I find the breach occurred and disqualify number 12, OCHILTREE BOY.
