It was alleged that “George Skipper”, which finished 5th, broke from its gait in the straight, and was in a break for more than 50 metres. Mr Holmes did not attend the hearing, but he had endorsed on the Information “I do not contest the protest”. Accordingly “George Skipper” was disqualified from its 5th placing. The amended places are as follows.
