Following the running of Race 1, the $100,000 Pick 6 Tonight Mobile Pace, an information was filed by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. G. McIntyre under Rules 869(4) and (6)(b) and (c) alleging a breach of the push out rule by Mr R. J. Butt, the driver of “Isabella Anvil” (7), with about 1100 metres to run.

Following the running of Race 1, the $100,000 Pick 6 Tonight Mobile Pace, an information was filed by Stipendiary Steward Mr N. G. McIntyre under Rules 869(4) and (6)(b) and (c) alleging a breach of the push out rule by Mr R. J. Butt, the driver of “Isabella Anvil” (7), with about 1100 metres to run.
--Mr Butt had indicated on the Information that he admitted this breach of the Rules, and that he did not wish to attend the hearing.
--Video coverage was used to show this incident.
--Mr McIntyre advised that Mr Butt had no previous relevant convictions, and as the breach was admitted a fine of $200-00 was recommended.
--We were satisfied that the fine recommended was appropriate in the circumstances and Mr Butt was fined $200-00 accordingly.
