--Mr Knowles sought a fine of $100. Mr McRae indicated he did not wish to be present. I am aware that $100 is the "standard penalty" for this minor breach of the Rules. Mr McRae has had no breaches of the rules as a trainer this season and I am satisfied that this sum is appropriate. Mr McRae is fined the sum of $100.
