Giveusabreak raced with half blinds in this race with no notification having been made to the club or Stipendiary Stewards. Mr. Luke Edmonds on behalf of Mr. Purdon was present at the hearing of this information. Mr. Muirhead made submissions on penalty and expressed his concern as Givusabreak won race 7 with an un- notified change of gear. --Decision and Reasons. --This judicial committee, having taken into account the admission of this breach of this rule by Mr. Edmonds on behalf of Mr. Purdon imposed a fine of $200.00 in this instance. |
