It was alleged that RAYMAUWARRHEN SUN broke from its gait with more than 50 metres to run, and that it was still in a break at the winning post. Mr May, on behalf of the connections of the horse, had endorsed on the Information “I do not contest the disqualification”. Accordingly RAYMAUWARRHEN SUN was disqualified from its 5th placing. The amended places are as follows.
