----An Information was lodged by Stipendary Steward Mr BJ Van Kan against Mr D Cameron trainer of Boss New York alleging a breach of the above rule in that he was late presenting the horse in the Assembly Area and on to the track so that it went onto the track at nine minutes prior to race start time. Mr Cameron admitted the charge and did not wish to be present at the hearing.
----Mr Van Kan gave evidence noting the time that Mr Cameron's horse entered the Assembly Area and then went onto the track and he confirmed that it was nine minutes before race start time.
----Mr Van Kan proposed that the standard fine of $100.00 be imposed.
----Taking all matters into account the Committee imposed a fine of $100.00.
