--An information lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr Muirhead against Mr T Mitchell, driver of WASHAKIE, alleging a breach of Rule 869(3)(b) ? careless driving ? in that WASHAKIE contacted the sulky wheel of MR RICKY, driven by Mr B Mangos, with about 500 metres to run, causing WASHAKIE to break.
