--The information stated that Mr. T. Mitchell was not available to drive "I Like Diamonds"at least fifteen minutes prior to race time. Mr. M W McKendry was substituted as the driver for this horse with 8 minutes to race time.
--Rule 507 A. states "Every horseman shall be available to take their engagement to drive a horse at least fifteen minutes prior to the race start time, except when otherwise directed by a Stipendiary Steward". Mr. Mitchell admitted the breach of this rule and did not wish to be present at the hearing of this information.
