--Under Rule 870 (3) Stipendiary Steward Mr N G McIntyre alleged that "No. 13 BABE, driven by Mr N P Williamson, broke for approximately 170 metres at the start".
--Stipendiary Steward Mrs K Williams showed the video evidence. BABE galloped just after the start line and continued in a break for about 170 metres - clearly in breach of the Breaking Horse Regulations.
--Mr Williamson stated BABE tried to trot at one stage.
--I find the charge proven and disqualify no. 13 BABE.
