--This is an information filed by Stipendiary Steward Mr J MUIRHEAD against Mr D BUTCHER driver of THE OYSTER BAR alleging a breach of the above rule in that he allowed his horse to move outwards resulting in his sulky wheel coming into contact with the front leg of ARJAYEM driven by Mr G WOLFENDEN causing interference to that horse.
