--Submissions as to penalty made by Mr Coles who with video assistance demonstrated a severe check to GLENVIEW LASS (Mr L Innes) and THE CISKO KID (O Bosson) by the inward movement of STREET SMART ridden by Miss Sara-Lee Kelly. Miss Kelly in evidence said that she did not realise that the horses were inside her.
----Consideration of penalty included the admission of the breach and a good riding record. A suspension was imposed (3 days) from the conclusion of racing on 15 December until the conclusion of racing on 26 December 2004.
