Facts:
Following the running of Race 7 (Fraser Memorial Handicap Trot) Information No. A10285 was filed with the Judicial Committee. It was alleged that MEKONG PRINCESS broke and galloped in excess of 50m in the final 200m of the race.
Mr Munro said that Mr Orange had viewed the film replays and did not contest the protest and said that he did not wish to be present at the hearing of the Information.

The film evidence was very clear that Horse No. 6 MEKONG PRINCESS had galloped for at least 100m and was still in a galloping gait on reaching the winning post.
