Mr Allison demonstrated on the videos that ALLEY WAY galloped free of interference just before the 110 metres and continued in a gallop over the finishing line.
Mr Skinner acknowledged that Mr Allison’s description of the videos was correct and he accepted that ALLEY WAY had to be disqualified.
Reasons for Decision:
We are satisfied that ALLEY WAY has galloped in excess of 110 metres in the home straight and in so doing has failed to promptly regain its gait.
