Facts:
Following the running of Race 1 an Information instigating a protest was filed by Stipendary Steward Mr JM Muirhead against the 3rd placing of Clive Bromac (Driver DJ Butcher) on the grounds of breaking 200 metres after the start and running out and causing interference to Jambo Emali (Driver Z Butcher) causing Mr Butcher to be dislodged from the sulky. As a result of the interference to Jambo Emali there was resulting interference to Statesman, Rico Gear, Itz New Yorks Finest and Brookfield Talent.
Mr IT Small advised this Committee that he represented the connections of Clive Bromac and endorsed and signed the Information “I do not contest the Protest”.

Mr Muirhead showed the incident by use of the video film and this clearly showed Clive Bromac breaking after approximately 200 metres and causing the interference referred to in the evidence above.
Mr Muirhead sought disqualification of Clive Bromac from the Race.
