Facts:
An Information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr NG McIntyre against Open Horsewoman Ms N Chilcott alleging that Ms Chilcott failed to maintain Barrier position 6 behind the Mobile Barrier when driving VINCENNES.
Ms Chilcott did not admit the breach.
This was presented to the Committee for Hearing after the last Race and in accordance with JCA Policy the Hearing was adjourned for a date to be fixed.

Mr McIntyre appeared before the Committee at the Franklin Trotting Club's meeting on the 5th of March. He said that he had been talking with Mr Gale the Trainer of Vincennes and was told by Mr GALE that the horse had been giving its Drivers some difficulties at the start recently. He said that after his discussion with Mr Gale he did not wish to proceed further with the charge against Ms Chilcott and he sought Leave from the Committee under Rule 1105 to withdraw the Charge.
