Facts:
An Information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr NM Ydgren against the 4th placing of HEEZADOO EARLY (Driver J Dickie) on the grounds of breaking and galloping in excess of 50 metres in the final 200 metres of the race.
Mr Dickie was not present but endorsed on the Information that he did not contest the Protest and the disqualification of his horse.
Mr Ydgren demonstrated the incident by use of the video films and these showed HEEZADOO EARLY breaking at the beginning of the Passing Lane and galloping for almost 100 metres.

Mr Ydgren submitted that HEEZADOO EARLY had galloped for nearly 100 metres in the last 200 metres and had clearly breached the Rule and the Regulations.
