Miss Hayley, with the use of the videos, stated CALL ME KEITH was following the leaders into the home straight. Mr Hunter moved wide to challenge and was seen to use his whip in an excessive manner. Mr Munro stated Mr Hunter used his whip 11 times without a break in the home straight.
Mr Hunter stated he had misjudged his whip use.
