Following the running of THE MANUKAU SUMMER CUP MOBILE PACE an Information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward, Mr JM Muirhead against the 5th placing of EASY ON THE EYE on the grounds that it broke on the final turn and caused a check to FRANCO NELSON which galloped.
Mr S Reid the Co-Trainer of EASY ON THE EYE endorsed the Information with the words " I do not contest the Protest "
Mr Muirhead demonstrated the incident by use of the Race films.
