An information was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr S P Renault following the running of race 8 alleging that Mr J Trainor Junior Driver of(Yankee Dream) had failed to come up into his barrier position.
Facts:
The incident was demonstrated by the use of the video film. Mr Renault pointed out the position of Yankee Dream prior to the start. Yankee Dream started from barrier position four and Mr Renault stated that the horse Yankee Dream had drifted back at least one length from the mobile arm at the starting point.
Mr Trainor was not present but admitted the breach.

Mr Renault asked the Committee to consider that Mr Trainor was a Junior Driver and the fact that it was his first charge of this sort.

In deciding the penalty the Committee takes into account the following:
1. Mr Trainor's admission.
