Following race 4, an information was filed pursuant to Rule 856(2). The informant, Mr Muirhead alleged that Mr P Scaife presented CHRISTIAN ACRPOLIS without the notified removable deafeners.
Facts:
Mr Muirhead informed the committee that Mr Scaife presented the horse into the birdcage without the notified gear.
Mr Scaife admitted the horse was presented in the birdcage without the correct gear. He said he arrived late on the course and rectified the situation prior to the horse racing.

Mr Muirhead submitted this was Mr Scaife's 4th breach in the last year and recommended a $100 fine.
