Facts:
A protest was lodged by Stipendiary Steward Mr J M Muirhead against the 4th placing of Zingara [ Driver JI Dickie ] for causing interference shortly after the start to Romancing Bromac [Driver Z Butcher ] which was placed 9th by the Judge.
Mr T Thorby as Foreman for Mr Herlihy advised the Committee that the Protest was not contested and this was endorsed by Mr Thorby on the Information.
Mr Muirhead demonstrated the incident by use of the video films.
